How to Practice Aim Effectively
Principles for building aim accuracy and speed together, and the common mistakes to avoid.
Accuracy comes first
Swinging fast from the start raises misses and hurts your average. Build the feel of hitting the target center accurately, then raise speed once accuracy is stable.
Keep your setup consistent
Fix your mouse sensitivity (DPI) and display settings and practice in the same environment. Changing settings each time prevents muscle memory from forming and makes results harder to read.
Short and frequent
Frequent short sessions keep focus better than one long grind. Stop and rest immediately if your wrist hurts.
